**Small Group Personal Trainer (Part-Time)**

**About the Role**

We're looking for an energetic and certified Small Group Personal Trainer to join our team. In this role, you'll lead dynamic, results-driven training sessions for small groups up to 8 members, delivering personalized coaching in a motivating gym environment.

**Responsibilities**

• Design and lead safe, effective small group training sessions tailored to varying fitness levels
• Build strong client relationships and track individual progress
• Modify exercises to accommodate different abilities and goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training space
• Promote gym services and help retain clients through exceptional coaching

**Requirements**

• Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification required
• 1+ years of personal training or group fitness experience
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
