Lead Instructor (Part-Time) – YogaSix

YogaSix is hiring a Lead Instructor to help elevate the teaching team, support new instructor onboarding, and maintain a consistent, high-quality class experience.

This is a part-time leadership role for an experienced instructor who wants to do more than just teach. You’ll be leading by example on the schedule while also helping develop the team and strengthen the studio community.

What You’ll Do

• Teach 5–8 classes per week (including at least one evening + one weekend)
• Mentor and support instructors to improve class quality and consistency
• Assist with onboarding and training new teachers
• Help maintain YogaSix teaching standards across all class types
• Support studio events, workshops, and community initiatives
• Be a strong cultural leader and presence in the studio

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of teaching experience (yoga or group fitness)
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or management experience
• RYT-200 required (RYT-500 preferred)
• Confident in coaching and developing other instructors
• Strong communication and leadership presence
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
