Senior Benefits Specialist

About the Position

As part of the FiscalNote People team, the Senior Benefits Specialist is responsible for the administration, management and continuous improvement of FiscalNote’s global benefit programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with the needs of our diverse, global-workforce - helping us attract, retain, and support our employees and their families.

About the People Team

The People Team serves the development of end-to-end infrastructure and labor planning required for a more proactive company-readiness, consistent people operations and organic transformations - while taking steps to ensure that the company’s high standards of performance and values are enhanced and sustained by leaders as we scale and grow in the future.
