IBM MQ System Admin ( 24X7 Rotational Shift) :: Bangalore/ Chennai

What you will be doing:

• Install, configure and maintain IBM MQ on various platforms including Linux, Unix and windows.
• Monitor the health and performance of IBM MQ queues, channels and other objects to ensure optimal functioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to message delivery failures, performance bottlenecks or system errors.
• Manage Security aspects of IBM MQ, including user authentication and authorization. SSL/TLS encryption and access control.
• Conduct capacity planning to analyze message traffic patterns and growth trends, ensuring the scalability of the IBM MQ infrastructure.

What you will need:

• 3 - 6 years of experience in IBM MQ system Admin.
• Strong Knowledge of IBM MQ Installation, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Hands on Experience in AWS/EKS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Hands on Experience in Scripting - Python, Shell, Ansible or any Orchestration tools.
• Added knowledge in DevOps - CI/CD - Jenkins, Bitbucket etc.
• In-depth knowledge of networking, computing platform, storage, database, security, middleware, network and systems management, and related infrastructure technologies and best practices.
