Preschool Teacher | 1 year Minimum Experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, passionate, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to support the learning and development of children through engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Intellitots curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct play-based, activity-oriented learning sessions
• Support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Create a safe, clean, and joyful classroom environment
• Observe and record children’s progress and development
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
• Encourage positive behavior and social skills
• Work closely with coordinators and support staff
• Participate in training programs, meetings, and school events

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / D.Ed / B.Ed
• 1–3 years of preschool teaching experience preferred
• Good communication skills in English (local language knowledge is an advantage)
• Passion for early childhood education

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
