Job Description
Job Title: Security GuardLocation: Residential Apartment / Society (Mohali/Chandigarh)Employment Type: Full-time / Shift-based
Key Responsibilities
- Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and vehicles
- Maintain a visitor register / digital entry system
- Verify IDs, flat numbers, and purpose of visit
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activity
- Ensure no unauthorized entry into the premises
- Handle parcel deliveries and inform residents
- Manage parking and vehicle movement at the gate
- Conduct regular patrols (if required)
- Respond to emergency situations (fire, theft, medical)
- Coordinate with society management / RWA
Requirements
- Minimum 10th pass
- Prior experience in security / guarding preferred
- Physically fit and alert
- Basic reading & writing skills (Hindi/English)
- Good communication and polite behavior
- Ability to work day/night shifts
Working Hours
- 8 / 12-hour shifts (Day/Night rotation)
- Weekly off as per company policy Salary (Tricity Market Range)
- ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month(depending on experience + duty hours)
Preferred Skills
- Ex-servicemen / trained guards (added advantage)
- Knowledge of fire safety basics
- Experience with gated societies
