Job Description
Administrative Operations Coordinator
First Coast Security Solutions is seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator who supports the Administration and Logistics department. This role serves as a key resource for supporting day-to-day efficiency across onboarding, vendor relations, fleet and telecom administration, and other essential office functions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and/or track fleet, uniform, copier, telecom, recognition award activities
- Corporate Point of Contact for operations personnel
- Coordinate onboarding/outboarding activities related to log-ins, telecom, IT, and fleet-related items
- Vendor liaison
- Review/approve uniform orders
- Review/audit charge card transactions
- Vendor invoice coder
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Working Conditions
- Regular use of computers and standard office equipment
- Must be able to work independently while managing multiple priorities with deadlines
- May require prolonged periods of sitting, standing and working at a computer
Qualifications
- High School Diploma; Associated degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and customer service skills
- Detail oriented, analytical and proactive
