Operations Engineer – Projects & Execution

We are looking for an Operations Engineer – Projects & Execution to manage site operations, project execution, vendor coordination, and logistics. The role will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for daily operational activities and ensure smooth coordination between site teams, factory, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute installations such as cold rooms, refrigeration systems, and HVAC
• Coordinate site teams, technicians, contractors, and supervisors
• Manage daily operations, logistics, and dispatch schedules
• Handle vendor coordination and material availability
• Ensure on-time project completion and safety compliance
• Manage routine client communication and progress updates
• Track daily site progress and operational reporting

Ideal Candidate

✔ 5–8 years of site execution / operations coordination experience

✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

✔ Comfortable handling vendors, technicians, and customers

✔ Ability to resolve operational issues independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
