Fidelity TalentSource is partnering with Fidelity Investments to bring on a Salesforce Administrator Analyst who will help shape and elevate the client and associate experience within Workplace Investing.

In this role, you’ll support end users, troubleshoot issues, enhance CRM capabilities through configuration (clicks, not code), and help build meaningful, streamlined Salesforce experiences for internal teams.

🔎 What You’ll Do

• Provide day‑to‑day Salesforce support and resolution for end‑user inquiries
• Configure and enhance Salesforce capabilities within the cloud ecosystem
• Analyze trends and develop recommendations for process improvements
• Collaborate closely with associates to create intuitive, impactful workflows
• Document solutions and maintain an internal knowledge base

⭐ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Required Salesforce certifications:Salesforce Administrator
• App Builder
• Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or other advanced certification (or willingness to earn within 6 months)
• 5+ years of application support experience
• Strong communication, listening, and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment and deliver results
• Experience with:
• Troubleshooting and debugging Salesforce configuration/code
• Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP)
• Relational databases and SQL
