Role Overview

We are seeking Field Engineers to join our team for UBR Installation projects across Ahmedabad, Rajkot, and other districts of Gujarat. This role is field-intensive and involves work at height activities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with field operations, have a basic technical understanding of telecom equipment, and be willing to travel extensively for project assignments. Freshers are welcome to apply and will be given hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform UBR (Unlicensed Band Radio) installation, alignment, and commissioning at client sites.
• Carry out field work and work at height safely and efficiently.
• Provide technical support during installation and post-deployment.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients for smooth execution.
• Maintain documentation of site work, equipment, and installation reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Diploma/ITI in Electronics/Telecom/Networking preferred).
• Experience: 0–2 years in fieldwork/telecom projects.
• Freshers can apply (starting salary ₹20,000/-).
• Experienced candidates: Salary ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 based on skills.
• Mandatory: Bike & Laptop.
• Physically fit and comfortable with work at heights.
• Willingness to travel across Gujarat districts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000/- (Freshers) to ₹24,000/- (Experienced).
• TA/DA (Travel & Daily Allowance) applicable as per site.
