Job Description
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software for hotel operations (computers, printers, servers, etc.).
- Ensure smooth functioning of the hotel’s network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, Internet services, and point-of-sale systems.
- Perform regular backups and security checks for all hotel systems.
- Provide technical support to staff and guests regarding IT-related issues.
- Monitor and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily hotel operations.
- Work closely with the team to implement new technologies and system upgrades.
- Assist with the management of hotel property management software (PMS), booking systems, and guest-facing technology (e.g., in-room entertainment, self-check-in kiosks).
- Ensure that all IT equipment is well-maintained, properly secured, and meets health and safety standards.
- Respond to emergency IT issues and service calls promptly.

Pay: ₹18,238.19 - ₹25,713.70 per month
