Festivals From India and ArtX Company is hiring for a PR and Marketing Consultant to lead integrated communications for its flagship creative sector conference, CultureCon’s 2026 edition . Dynamic and strategic, this PR & Marketing Consultant will be responsible for driving visibility, audience engagement, and brand positioning across media, digital platforms, and partnerships within the creative and cultural sectors. The consultant will work closely with internal teams, partners, and external agencies to execute a cohesive and high-impact communications strategy in the lead-up to the conference.

Please note:

  • The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.
  • This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai.
  • Salary band for this role is available upon request.

Requirements

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • A postgraduate degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Brand Management is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or public relations (e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) will be an advantage.
  • 4–7 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications (preferably in media, culture, events, or creative industries).
  • Experience working on events, festivals, or conferences is highly preferred.
  • Strong media network and proven track record of securing coverage.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

  • Passion for arts and culture – experience and understanding of cultural festivals is a big plus.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications: MA History of Art or MA Museology, Conservation of Art/Heritage, BFA/MFA, or MSc. In Chemistry from a recognised University Strong communication skills, with written and verbal proficiency in English Knowledge of at least one vernacular Indian language is ideal Competency in using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint Essential Experience: 3-5 years of experience, ideally with an art gallery, museum or a private art collection Prior experience working with mixed media, managing physical artworks Prior experience working for a structured company Key Personal Attributes &
