Hybrid HR Manager

Felix is seeking a Hybrid HR Manager to support pharmacy and warehouse teams across Mississauga, ON and Port Coquitlam, BC. Take charge of recruitment and employee relations in this impactful role.

In this position, you will lead HR operations as a strategic partner for the pharmacy and warehouse premises. Utilize your skills in full-cycle recruitment and employee relations management while closely collaborating with leadership. Your expertise in compliance with employment legislation will be essential for maintaining a smooth operation across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for pharmacy and warehouse roles
• Establish HR policies and ensure consistent enforcement
• Coach teams on performance management strategies
• Handle complex employee relations cases
• Partner with teams for onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirements

• 5-7+ years progressive HR experience
• Expertise in licensed and high-volume recruitment
• Familiarity with Ontario and BC regulations
• Proficiency in recruitment and HRIS software
• Zero-error mindset with documentation
