FedEx is looking for a Canadian Customs Specialist with a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of experience, preferably with FedEx, in understanding customs regulations is essential. Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process shipments according to Canadian Customs regulations
• Provide accurate international shipment information to customers
• Maintain CCS designation and complete annual recurrency points
• Achieve minimum thresholds on mandatory testing
• Lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs

Requirements

• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• One year of full-time experience in customs
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must pass data entry testing at 25 wpm
• Bilingual in English and French if in Quebec
