Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles to deliver and pickup packages while performing a floating capacity for a minimum of 15 routes. Work as a courier with no assigned regular route, covering open routes when usual couriers are unavailable. Serve as a model for hourly employees by mentoring and demonstrating strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.

Generate incremental revenue by promoting continued sales opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

Six (6) months of previous courier experience

Technical Skills

• Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record
• Ability to successfully complete basic and recurring training, including DG certification
• Maintain FedEx DG Specialist accreditation through yearly recurrency training
• Good understanding of FedEx products, service features, and general operations
• Lifting and maneuvering ability: lift 70 lbs and move packages up to 150 lbs with equipment
• Knowledge of Federal Express operations and Canadian customs regulations is an asset
• In Quebec, bilingual in French and English is required

• Excellent human relations, customer relations, and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, prioritization, and organizational abilities

Additional Details

This is a PFT position with start times between 06:30 and 09:30 am.
