  • I am looking for a financial controller for a service-sector company based in Laval.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising the four-person accounting team
  • Carrying out the full accounting cycle
  • Producing financial statements
  • Managing multi-entity operations
  • Ensuring compliance with all government regulations and tax requirements
  • Preparing reports for presentation to the board of directors
  • Participating in acquisition processes
  • Carrying out post-acquisition integration
  • Conducting financial analysis to support the company's strategic vision
  • Other related tasks
  • CPA qualification (a strong advantage)
  • Inspiring leadership
  • A good understanding of the business environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities
