Job Description
- Operate and monitor machines such as RMG, FBD, Compression, Coating, Capsule filling, and Blister packing.
- Perform machine setup, changeover, and cleaning as per SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards during operations.
- Monitor process parameters and record data in batch manufacturing/packing records.
- Identify and report any abnormalities, breakdowns, or deviations.
- Coordinate with maintenance and QA/QC teams for smooth operations.
- Minimize downtime and ensure optimum machine utilization.
- Follow line clearance and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of GMP & documentation practices
- Basic troubleshooting of machines
