Role Overview:

As the Academic Program Manager Information Technology, your main responsibility is to manage and coordinate IT academic programs to ensure the smooth delivery of curriculum, assessments, certification processes, and learner outcomes. You will collaborate closely with IT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), faculty, certification bodies, and internal academic teams to uphold high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with IT SMEs and faculty for curriculum planning and content delivery.
  • Manage academic calendars, batch schedules, and assessment timelines.
  • Ensure smooth execution of lectures, practical sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Oversee proctored examinations and certification processes.
  • Maintain and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Track student attendance, performance, assessments, and certification outcomes.
  • Maintain academic documentation, audit records, and compliance reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation for accreditation and quality assurance processes.
  • Coordinate internal and external assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to IT certification frameworks (e.g., vendor-based certifications).
  • Support exam proctoring and certification logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between faculty, students, certification partners, and management.
  • Address academic queries and operational issues promptly.
  • Support student engagement activities and academic performance improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare academic performance reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and certification standards.
  • Monitor and enhance program delivery efficiency.

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in academic program management or education operations.
  • Knowledge of IT certification frameworks and exam processes.
  • Experience handling LMS platforms.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
