Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Farm Manager with a background in Horticulture to oversee and manage our in-house farm operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining organic farming practices, landscape management, crop planning, and ensuring high-quality produce for our resort operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily farm operations including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and crop maintenance
• Develop and implement seasonal crop planning (vegetables, fruits, herbs, medicinal plants)
• Ensure organic and sustainable farming practices
• Oversee soil health, composting, pest control, and fertilization
• Maintain farm equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary
• Supervise farm workers and allocate daily tasks
• Maintain inventory of seeds, fertilizers, and farming supplies
• Coordinate with the resort kitchen for fresh farm-to-table produce supply
• Maintain landscaping and greenery within the resort premises
• Prepare farm reports and ensure productivity targets are met

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in farm management (experience in organic farming preferred)
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, soil management, and pest control
• Experience in managing a team (Labors)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of medicinal plants and wellness-based farming
• Experience in resort/hospitality farming setup
• Basic knowledge of landscaping and garden design
