What You’ll Do

• Build, manage, and grow a high-performing insurance operation
• Develop client relationships through consultative selling
• Drive new business across Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and Financial Services
• Recruit, train, and lead team members
• Execute growth strategies with support from Farmers’ leadership and systems
• Become a trusted advisor within your local community
