Freight Forwarding Import/Export Operations Specialist

Princeton, NJ Logistics Company Hiring: Sea, Air, & Land Operations Specialist (Bilingual: Chinese/English) We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative individual to join our team and assist with the operations of our sea, air, and land logistics services. Your Responsibilities

Submit ISF filings via logistics software; perform data entry for shipping documentation; arrange customs clearance and final delivery of cargo; and coordinate with our internal dispatch team to ensure smooth transportation workflows.

What We Look For

1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding documentation or operations is preferred; Academic background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus; Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English; Diligent, meticulous, and highly responsible work ethic; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and logistics-specific software.

Pay: $25.52 - $30.73 per hour
