Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes.
Oversee the construction, installation, and maintenance of chemical plants.
Analyze production costs and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other staff to ensure projects meet specifications.
Troubleshoot chemical processing issues and implement effective solutions.
Monitor and control production processes to meet regulatory and quality standards.
Prepare reports, flow diagrams, and charts to document efficient processes.
Develop and conduct tests to evaluate new and existing chemical processes.
