About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrator to join our team in an entry-level capacity. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in human resources.

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, including high-volume resume screening and candidate pre-screening. You will also assist with general HR administrative tasks as directed by the HR Manager and CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post and manage job openings across various recruitment platforms, such as Indeed.
  • Perform initial screening and sorting of high-volume resumes for various open roles.
  • Evaluate applicant qualifications against established criteria and escalate top candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks for selected candidates with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment records, and tracking sheets.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and coordinating new hires activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in timesheet management, ensuring accuracy of recorded hours for payroll processing.
  • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and departmental functions.
  • Assist with internal communications and other ad hoc HR projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or coursework experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Dayforce, is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
