Job Description

  • *Role Summary**

Strategic HR partner responsible for driving business outcomes through talent, culture, capability building, and future-ready workforce planning. Managing end to end 4 quadrant of HR -

  • *Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Talent Management.**

Key Responsibilities

  • *Talent Acquisition**

○ Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans

○ Manage end-to-end hiring for key roles ensuring quality and speed

○ Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience

○ Track TA metrics (TAT, quality of hire, cost per hire)

  • *Employee Engagement**

○ Design and drive engagement calendar aligned to business priorities

○ Analyze engagement survey insights and drive action plans

○ Lead culture initiatives, recognition programs, and communication forums

○ Partner managers to improve employee experience and retention

  • *Learning & Development**

○ Identify capability gaps through business diagnostics

○ Co-create learning roadmap with COEs and business leaders

○ Facilitate leadership development and manager capability programs

○ Measure learning impact on performance and productivity

  • *Talent Management (Hi-Po & Succession Planning)**

○ Drive talent reviews and build Hi-Po identification framework

○ Develop succession plans for critical roles

○ Create individual development plans (IDPs) for key talent

○ Monitor talent pipeline health and readiness metrics

  • *Candidate Profile**
  • Experience – 6 - 9 Years
  • MBA (Full Time – Reputed college)
  • Strategic HR Partnership – Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and work closely with leadership to drive people strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management – Strong capability to collaborate with business leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams to influence decisions and drive outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Ability to analyze HR metrics (hiring, engagement, talent pipeline) and translate insights into actionablestrategies.
  • Talent Development & Culture Building – Skilled in identifying high-potential talent, enabling succession planning, and fostering an engaging workplace culture.
