F45 Paris – Group Fitness Coach
F45 Paris is looking for energetic, motivated group fitness coaches to join our team! If you love high-intensity training, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you.
Availability Requirements:
- Weekday evening classes (6:00 PM)
- Weekend availability
- Minimum 3 shifts per week
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate members through F45 workouts
- Ensure proper form and provide exercise modifications
- Deliver a high-energy, positive member experience
- Support membership growth and retention
- Assist with studio setup, cleaning, and light front desk duties
Qualifications
- 1+ year fitness training experience (group training preferred)
- Strong understanding of HIIT and functional training
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High energy, reliable, and team-oriented
Certifications Required:
- Recognized fitness certification (ISSA, CanFitPro, ACE, NASM, etc.)
- CPR/First Aid/AED certified
