Closing TEAM Leader - REAL Estate (Luxury SALES)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Closing Team Leader with deep market expertise in Bandra West, Khar & South Mumbai (SoBo). The ideal candidate must have a strong background in luxury/premium real estate projects, with a proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (7 Cr+) while working with a reputed developer lobby.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the closing team for high-value luxury real estate transactions.
• Drive end-to-end deal closures, including client meetings, negotiations, documentation, and collections.
• Handle HNI/UHNI clients with a strong focus on relationship management and premium service delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution of post-booking to closure processes.
• Monitor team performance, closing pipelines, and revenue targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of micro-markets like Bandra West, Khar & SoBo.

Candidate Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in real estate, with minimum 6 years as a Closing Team Leader.
• Mandatory experience with a reputed real estate developer (Developer lobby only).
• Proven track record of closing 7 Cr+ ticket size deals in luxury/premium projects.
• Strong exposure to Bandra West, Khar & South Mumbai markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong team handling experience with the ability to drive performance.
• Presentable, confident, and highly client-focused personality.
• Thorough understanding of closing processes, legal documentation, and collections.
