Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance front-end components and products using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build responsive, user-centric interfaces with strong focus on UI/UX principles, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and web standards.
• Develop new user-facing features using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material-UI.
• Integrate front-end components with backend systems using RESTful APIs and implement efficient state management using Redux, similar libraries.
• Create reusable code, shared component libraries, and front-end architecture patterns to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability using performance monitoring and improvement techniques.
• Utilize modern front-end tooling such as bundlers, CSS preprocessors, and build tools to streamline development workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality B2B SaaS solutions.
• Take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, code quality, and development standards.

Desired Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor of Technology , Bachelor of Engineering with all specialisation.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Engineer designing and building scalable, reusable products or components.
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility standards.
• Hands-on experience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material-UI, or similar component libraries.
• Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of state management solutions such as Redux, equivalent libraries.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors, module bundlers, and modern front-end tooling.
• Experience in performance optimization, debugging, and measurement tools for front-end applications.
• Self-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience with modern JS frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or Next.js is a plus.
