Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise event operations from setup to completion.
• Manage on-ground staff, vendors, and support teams during events.
• Ensure smooth execution of corporate events, weddings, activations, exhibitions, and hospitality projects.
• Coordinate logistics including manpower, materials, schedules, and client requirements.
• Supervise event setup, guest management, and operational timelines.
• Handle real-time problem-solving during events and ensure service quality.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, venue partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain event reports, attendance, budgets, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
• Support recruitment and training of event staff when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• PUC / Diploma / Graduate (Hospitality, Events, or Management preferred)
• Previous experience in event management, hospitality, logistics, or operations is an advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends or event days
• Professional appearance and client-handling capabilities
