We are looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst to enhance our growing team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical help desk support to users, resolving issues with IDMS and/or EIWS, as well as troubleshooting connectivity and other user-related problems.
• Initiate the trusted services chain for identity proofing, confirming employer sponsorship, binding applicants to their biometric data, and validating identity source documentation, including support for the HSPD-12 Program.
• Initialize and personalize PIV cards with the necessary software and data elements for identity verification, and deliver these cards along with usage instructions.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Experience effectively communicating technical requirements for various programs.
• A collaborative spirit to work with diverse teams and individuals across varying organizational levels.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to engage at all organizational levels, from team members to executives.
• US Citizenship is required.
