Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their administrative skills in a professional environment. Prior office experience and familiarity with common software tools are preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Tasks involved:
- General administrative tasks as assigned
- Prepare correspondence including quotes and appraisal requisitions
- Assist appraisers in preparing appraisal reports
- Real estate related research and data collection
- Research and analyze market transaction activity
- Prepare tables and charts for appraisal reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in general office administration
- High level of initiative and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong time management capabilities
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience working with Salesforce would be an asset
