Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a professional manner
• Operate POS systems, to process transactions accurately
• Handle cash and credit card payments with precision and attention to detail
• Prepare food items according to established safety and sanitation standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following food safety guidelines
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
• Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to customers
• Assist with food handling and serving duties as needed
• Ensure all food preparation complies with health regulations and safety standards

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, is advantageous
• Knowledge of food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety protocols required
• Experience in cashiering or cash handling is beneficial
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and upselling products
• Kitchen experience or food industry background is a mandatory
