Independent Nurse Practitioner Role

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to residents
• Conduct assessments within specified timeframes
• Navigate long-term care legislation compliance
• Facilitate family conferences regarding care
• Lead quality improvement initiatives in care delivery Requirements:
• Master’s of Nursing or similar qualification
• NP Field Diploma achieved
• Registered with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Clinical nursing experience of 3-5 years
