Farm Grain Equipment Assembly & Field Support Technician

Our crew assembles the infrastructure that keeps grain moving: bins, bucket-leg elevators, augers, and the systems that tie it all together. As a field support technician, you’ll contribute to safe, precise builds in the field, then return to the shop and home farm to keep equipment and operations ready for the next project.

How you’ll contribute

• Field construction — Work alongside experienced builders to install grain bins, bucket-leg elevators, augers, and related structures; handle materials, setup, and site cleanup
• Shop readiness — Prepare tools and equipment, perform basic maintenance, and ensure work areas are clean and organized
• Farm support — Assist with general farm tasks on the home farm when construction is not scheduled
• Team logistics — Meet daily at the home farm and travel with the foreman to job sites, including occasional out-of-state projects
