People & Compliance HR Coordinator

ExplorUS is hiring an HR Coordinator to support our dynamic team at various kiosks in the National Mall, Washington. This role focuses on recruiting, hiring, and ensuring compliance within the HR function. You will be responsible for preparing documents, maintaining employee records, monitoring job boards, and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, organizational skills, and experience in HR functions. A high school diploma is required, and a college degree is preferred, along with at least two years of general experience.
