Our client, a leading technology innovator in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Data Scientist 3 / Scientifique de données 3 to join their team. As a Data Scientist 3 / Scientifique de données 3, you will be part of the AI/ML development team supporting network capacity planning and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Toronto, Ontario (Remote)

Pay Range: $56-63/H INC

What's the Job?

• Define and execute the AI roadmap for network capacity and performance forecasting.
• Build and productionize machine learning models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and trend analysis on large-scale network data.
• Develop agentic AI systems that autonomously monitor, analyze, and recommend or execute optimization actions.
• Implement LLM-powered tools enabling natural language access to network data and analytics.
• Create “self-healing” capabilities that support automated responses to network events.

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience building or experimenting with agentic systems or multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML or applied data science, including end-to-end model deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and data engineering tools.
• Experience with cloud AI infrastructure (GCP preferred) including Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, or AI Platform.
• Solid understanding of LLMs and GenAI tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, prompt engineering).
