Job Description
Role Overview: You will be assisting the MCE team in various administrative and operational tasks related to HR to ensure the smooth operation of the HR function by providing effective support to both the HR team and MCE function. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating new hire onboarding and off-boarding processes - Assisting in addressing employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits - Tracking employee leave records (sick, vacation, etc.), attendance, and work-hours - Providing necessary employee information for the preparation of payroll, such as overtime hours - Coordinating training schedules, tracking employee participation, and assisting in preparing training materials - Supporting the HR team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies - Maintaining accuracy in employee records - Disseminating HR communication and updates Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus Additional Information: Our uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.
