Logistics Specialist - Entry Level

What you'll do:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and act as primary point of contact for logistics needs
• Work with accounts on coordinating shipping activity by accepting bookings, collecting documentation and obtaining relevant compliance information
• Track and trace
• Invoice customer accurately for services rendered
• Effectively solve problems, escalations and provide customer support

What You'll Need to be Successful:

• High school degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• A can-do, customer-first attitude
• Effective interpersonal skills
• A strong desire to learn
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Work well in a team environment
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English
