Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will work closely with senior developers to design, build, and maintain custom software solutions across various business domains. This position provides an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Coding

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the mentorship of senior developers
• Contribute to existing project codebases and participate in new development efforts
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues
• Engage in code reviews and apply constructive feedback to improve code quality

Technical Foundation

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of software engineering principles, including:
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Multi-layered application architecture
• Debugging techniques and best practices
• Version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Relational databases and SQL fundamentals

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Equivalent practical training or hands-on experience in software development
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience is preferredCore Competencies
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-driven and collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Preferred Technical Skills

Experience or familiarity with the following is advantageous:

• Programming Languages: Python, .NET, JavaScript, PHP
• Frameworks/Libraries: React, Node.js
• Web Technologies: CSS, GraphQL
• Tools & Platforms: Git, SQL databases
• Cloud Platforms: AWS or Microsoft Azure (preferred)
• SharePoint development experience is a plus
