Drillers - Oil & Gas Ops - West Virginia, Ohio, Louisiana
Expand Energy is seeking experienced Drillers to join their field operations team in Ohio, West Virginia, or Louisiana. This role involves operating and repairing drilling equipment, supervising rig crews, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on drilling experience, and the ability to work in challenging outdoor environments.

What You’ll Need
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Three (3) years prior experience in drilling well procedures
- Health, Safety and Environment Orientation and Rig Specific Start Up Training
- Well Control Certification, Supervisor Level, Drilling Only, and Horizontal and Extended Reach Drilling (HERDIT)
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including long/irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to push, lift, pull, or carry up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Clean driving record
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- On-call availability 24 hours a day when needed
- Pass pre-employment physical, vision, drug screening, background, and driving record check
