Job Description
Job Title: Learning Operations Coordinator and Instructional Designer Experience - 1-5 yrs We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning Operations Coordinator and Instructional Designer to support the design, delivery, and administration of enterprise learning programs. This role combines strong learning operations capabilities with hands-on instructional design expertise to ensure high-quality, engaging, and seamless learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience managing LMS activities, coordinating end-to-end training operations, partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and developing digital learning content using modern authoring tools.
This role is critical in driving operational excellence, learner engagement, and scalable capability-building across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive digital learning content, including e-learning modules, assessments, job aids, simulations, and learner-facing resources using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Manage LMS administration activities including course setup, user management, batch assignments, certifications, learning paths, content uploads, and training reports.
- Coordinate end-to-end learning operations, including training schedules, learner communication, session logistics, attendance tracking, completion monitoring, and post-session follow-up.
- Support onboarding, compliance, leadership, and functional capability-building programs through effective learning coordination and operational support.
- Create engaging assessments, quizzes, multimedia assets, and learning interventions aligned to business needs and adult learning principles.
- Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, trainers, and HR teams to gather requirements, define learning objectives, and deliver learning solutions on time.
- Ensure digital learning content is compatible with LMS requirements and standards such as SCORM and xAPI, and support smooth deployment and learner access.
- Generate dashboards, reports, and learning analytics to monitor participation, completion, learner progress, and training effectiveness.
- Provide learner and stakeholder support by resolving LMS and training-related queries within defined service levels.
- Maintain accurate learning records, audit-ready documentation, training trackers, and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and process discipline.
- Continuously improve learner experience by identifying process enhancements, leveraging digital tools, and recommending innovative approaches to learning delivery.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong experience in learning operations, LMS administration, and training coordination.
- Proficiency in instructional design and e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Good understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and learner engagement practices.
- Experience in stakeholder management, learner communication, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
- Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and digital learning deployment standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple learning initiatives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in Instructional Design, e-learning development, LMS platforms, or learning technologies will be an advantage.
- Experience in corporate learning, capability development, digital training, or talent development environments is preferred. Good to Have
- Experience with additional authoring and multimedia tools such as Rise 360, Camtasia, Vyond, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to AI-enabled learning solutions, learning analytics, or digital capability platforms.
