As a Partnership & Alliances Assistant Manager at EXL, your role involves leading and optimizing the partner ecosystem through strategic partnerships, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing operational aspects of partner relationships to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Driving collaboration and implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Acting as a liaison across internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment on partner initiatives.
  • Leading the development and execution of scalable partner strategies.
  • Tracking KPIs and performance metrics, generating performance reports, and identifying growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process and providing training, resources, and tools for partner success.
  • Aligning internal sales and technical teams with partner strategies and domains.
  • Continuously assessing and improving partner management processes, implementing tools and systems for monitoring and automation.
  • Staying updated on industry developments and emerging technologies, introducing innovative ideas to enhance partner engagement and operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Technology, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in partner management, engagement, or alliances.
  • Proven experience working with global cloud providers and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving partner enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with partner funding models, technical onboarding, and solution listing processes.

Your strong understanding of partner ecosystems, deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems, project and program management skills, analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills will be essential for success in this role.
