Job Description
As an Executive HR and Administrative Assistant at Exaccountic Advisory LLP, your role will involve supporting daily HR operations and administrative tasks. - Review quotations from vendors, generate purchase orders, and manage vendor expenses and payments
- Monitor team members' utilization and project management to ensure appropriate deployment based on skill set
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong foundation in Human Resources with understanding of core HR concepts and best practices
- Skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies, with the ability to handle queries professionally and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational, time management, and administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS or HR software is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
