Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Inside Sales to manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs), drive B2B sales initiatives, and achieve revenue targets through effective leadership and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10–15 Inside Sales Representatives
- Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
- Drive B2B sales and support the team in closing high-value deals
- Track individual and team performance against targets
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings
- Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and CRM data
- Handle client queries and escalations in a professional manner
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B or Inside Sales
- 1–3 years of experience in team handling or leadership roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales processes
- Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
Pay: From ₹48,000.00 per month
