Role Description
Generate sales revenue by selling APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) to customers.
Develop new business opportunities through effective marketing strategies and relationship building with existing clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for customers on our API products.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact on sales performance.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area, for an Executive in Sales & Marketing. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and creating comprehensive sales strategies. The individual will coordinate with internal teams, assist in achieving departmental goals, manage customer queries and negotiations, and contribute to meeting business growth targets.
Qualifications & experience
6 - 10 years in sales & Marketing-API/Bulk Drugs
- Sales and Marketing: Expertise in sales strategies, client acquisition, and account management. Ability to identify new business opportunities and market penetration strategies.
- Communication and Negotiation: Proficiency in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and Research Skills: Strong capability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to drive business growth.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in APIs and Intermediates, is highly advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to evolving business needs and client requirements.
