About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Graphic Designer with strong expertise in print production, artwork adaptation, and pre-press file preparation. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating visually compelling designs while ensuring artwork is production-ready across various print formats and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative artwork for print and digital applications.
• Adapt existing creative concepts into multiple sizes, formats, and languages while maintaining brand consistency.
• Prepare accurate print-ready files according to production specifications.
• Work on a wide range of materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, packaging, event branding, point-of-sale materials, and promotional collateral.
• Coordinate with internal teams and printing vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Check artwork for technical accuracy, color consistency, bleed, crop marks, resolution, and print specifications.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Maintain organized file structures and artwork archives for future use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising agency, print production house, event management company, or branding agency.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• CorelDRAW
• Good understanding of:
• Print production processes
• Pre-press and print-ready artwork preparation
• Color management (CMYK, Pantone, RGB)
• Large-format printing specifications
• Typography and layout design
• Ability to adapt designs across multiple formats and dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
