Job Description
We are looking for a driven and practical Construction Manager / Site Engineer to handle on-ground execution of building projects. This role is ideal for someone with 2–6 years of experience who is smart, proactive, and eager to take ownership at site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams
- Track project progress and report regularly
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of work
- Handle basic site measurements, billing support, and material tracking
- Identify and solve on-site issues quickly and efficiently
- Ensure adherence to safety practices
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–6 years of site experience in building construction
- Good understanding of drawings and construction basics
- Ability to manage labour and contractors independently
- Practical problem-solving approach and willingness to learn
