Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients — understanding their requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Drive business development initiatives — identify new opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams — design, creative, production, and operations — to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- Develop impactful presentations, proposals, and event plans based on client briefs.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
- Support new business pitches and participate in proposal development.
Requirements
- 5- 10 years of experience in client servicing and business development in events, experiential marketing, or advertising agencies. (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Passion for events, branding, and delivering memorable client experiences.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
