Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients — understanding their requirements, objectives, and expectations.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Drive business development initiatives — identify new opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams — design, creative, production, and operations — to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Develop impactful presentations, proposals, and event plans based on client briefs.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
  • Support new business pitches and participate in proposal development.

Requirements

  • 5- 10 years of experience in client servicing and business development in events, experiential marketing, or advertising agencies. (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Passion for events, branding, and delivering memorable client experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
