What You'll Do & Elevate

• Exceptional Esthetic Services: Deliver personalized facials, full-body waxing, lash and brow services, and body treatments using premium product lines like Lira Clinical and Farmhouse Fresh.
• Outstanding Client Experience: Provide top-tier customer service, educate clients on skincare, and contribute to the warm, welcoming atmosphere Even Keel is known for.

What You Bring to the Table

• Licensing: Active Licensed Esthetician in the state of Maryland.
• Skincare Expertise: Skilled in or eager to learn advanced techniques such as dermaplaning, chemical peels, and body wraps.
• Waxing & Enhancements: Confident performing facial and body waxing, lash lifts, and brow lamination.
• Communication: Communicate kindly, clearly, and professionally with clients, teammates, and leadership.
• Work Ethic: Take pride in your work, thrive in a team environment, and are ready to build your clientele in a supportive spa.
