Mon - Fri (8am - 4:30pm)
1. Performs any combination of sample accession tasks including: opening, entering, tracking, labeling, and disposition of stability samples. Reviews sample inventory against samples to ensure accuracy and communicate discrepancies.
2. Responsible for the movement of samples to and from stability chambers.
3. Ability to log detailed stability studies using appropriate documentation.
4. Coordinates and/or handles all chamber-related activities including but not limited to: monitoring, environmental data review, alarm response, maintenance, minor chamber repairs, and logbook accuracy.
5. Informs Department Leader, QA, Client Services, and/or other relevant management of any problems/deviations which may affect the integrity of the study and recommends corrective action.
6. Assists in supplying clients with information on Eurofins' scientific capabilities and the technical and administrative support services available.
7. Assists in generating, reviewing, and finalizing stability protocols and price quotes.
8. Responsible for facilitating the exchange of information between clients and the technical/administrative staff of the lab via email and phone.
9. Responds to client requests in the time frame set by the Service Level Agreement.
10. Coordinates and tracks sample data for clients requiring special account monitoring or reporting procedures. Maintain appropriate follow-up with accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
11. Files customer complaints.
12. Assists in responding to QA, client, and regulatory questions or requests.
13. Coordinates with other departments, partner labs, or outside stability space providers to ensure accurate set up of stability studies.
14. Responsible for upkeep, entry, and accuracy of sample tracking systems.
15. Monitors progress and status of assigned studies. Ensures that all experimental data, including observations of unanticipated responses to testing, are accurately recorded and verified.
16. Reviews study data for scientific accuracy and completeness.
17. Able to prioritize urgent client needs, and crises without neglecting other duties.
18. Introduces and independently develops improvement ideas. Ability to work interdepartmentally with others.
19. Solves problems independently, contacting appropriate personnel for assistance/clarification.
20. Coordinates sensory evaluation testing panels for client studies. Responsible for understanding client needs, as well as understanding safety concerns for the panelists, and providing appropriate testing structure. Collates panelist responses and reports them in a timely manner.
21. Participate in sensory panel qualification, and routinely execute sensory evaluation.
22. Assists in providing training and screening for new organoleptic panelists.
23. Able to use and have working knowledge of required systems.
24. Maintains an orderly, clean, and safe work area.
25. Ensures that proprietary methodologies are not disclosed to non-employees except as approved by Management.
26. Maintains cooperative working relationships with company employees. This includes “intra” and “inter” Business Unit employees.
27. Promotes the company image through the exercising of sound and ethical business practices as related to the public and our customers.
28. Able to access and explain all functionalities of EOL to assist client inquiries.
29. Provide training presentation to laboratory personnel on topics relating to area of expertise.
30. Other tasks as assigned
Participate in sensory panel qualification and routinely execute sensory evaluation.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Responsive, independent problem solver and action oriented.
Minimum of three years of work experience in related field.
Bachelor's degree (related science field is preferred). Experience may be substituted for education.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Working knowledge of company procedures for sample receipt, transfer, shipping, and production flow.
Knowledge of chamber operation and basic understanding of supporting operational systems is desired.
Basic understanding of ISO 17025 guidelines.
