Position: Strategic Customer Success Manager Role

Take the lead in customer success with our hybrid Senior Manager position in Oakville, ON. Drive retention and growth by executing innovative strategies and leading a motivated team.

In this role, you will play an important part in shaping customer success strategies that align with company goals. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • At least 7 years' experience in customer success leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive growth in B2B/SaaS environments
  • Proficiency in customer success platforms desired
