Position: Strategic Customer Success Manager Role

- Manage escalations and resolve customer issues effectively

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
- At least 7 years' experience in customer success leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive growth in B2B/SaaS environments
- Proficiency in customer success platforms desired
